The ServiceMonster Story.

2002: A Better Way.

ServiceMonster was founded with a core belief that small businesses deserve the same advantages as large corporations. The goal emblazoned on our first website: Build a better way to do business.

2003: Revolutionary Software.

A revolution in how service providers do business arrives in the form of Service Center Suite, the first-ever online CRM software for service pros. Automate write-ups, manage customers, and run reports - all in one software.

2007: Monster Marketing.

Service Center rebuilds on new technology and the name is changed to ServiceMonster. The new application is completely redesigned to focus on marketing and improve customer, order, and scheduling management.

2010: Going Mobile.

ServiceMonster Mobile 1 is launched, bringing desktop-class service management to Blackberry and iPhone. Field technicians and business owners alike could now access ServiceMonster on the go.

2012: Franchise Ready.

ServiceMonster develops a corporate platform for franchise management and development, enabling unified operations across many locations. True to our roots, the platform is built for operators first.

2017: ServiceMonster Six.

Version 6.0 of ServiceMonster introduced a simple new interface along with a leap forward in functionality. Six is designed to be future-proof and allows us to continue building the best way for service providers to do business.
