How does it work?

Well, it’s simple!

After you finish a job, a notification in onTrack will alert you to approve a thank you card for your client. The card will arrive in a stamped envelope addressed to the customer with your personal message enclosed.

A few months later, onTrack will prompt you to send that client a follow-up card including a custom message and additional service offerings.  Continue sending cards to your clients every few months to keep your business in the back of their mind, so when they have a problem, they will call YOU for a solution.

All you have to do is press a button in your onTrack account. We do the rest!

What is FillMySchedule?

FillMySchedule (FMS) is an automated “thank you” and “reminder” direct mail program designed to build your repeat client base.  It is only offered to ServiceMonster/onTrack subscribers and can be managed within the software. Our users enjoy the power and simplicity of knowing who they want to reach when they want to reach out to them, and what message they want to communicate.

What are the cards like?

Our mailers are high quality, 4×6 tent fold cards, sent in a stamped envelope.  The cost is per card with no minimums or set up fees.  The message inside the card is customizable, or we have a library of templates and card fronts to choose from.  We proudly print all of our mailers in-house at our ServiceMonster headquarters.

How much does FillMySchedule cost?

For Chem-Dry and N-Hance users, the cost per card is $.75 plus postage. Top content is an additional $.10/card and inserts are $.25/card.
